Between June 9th and 12th, the well-known "Korea World Travel Fair" (“KOTFA”) took place at the COEX exhibition & convention center in the city of Seoul. This is one of the major international tourism fairs in South Korea.

This fair is held every year since 1986 being this its 31st edition. On this occasion, the fair was visited by more than 120,000 people who visited some 500 exhibition stands.

The Embassy of the Argentine Republic in Korea presented a small stand from where our most relevant tourist destinations were promoted to representatives of local and regional tourism agencies and to the public in general.  Diverse tourism promotion materials were distributed as well as attractive tourist information through the webpage www.argentina.travel/en.   Also, mate tea was presented to the public, with a full explanation of its medicinal and natural potentials.
