VISAS TO THE ARGENTINE REPUBLIC

Visas to enter the Argentine Republic are granted according to three categories: transient, temporary, and permanent.

Temporary or permanent require an Entry Permit in addition to a visa.

TRANSIENT VISAS

Transient (short-term) visas include the following categories: transit, tourism, business, and other paid or non-paid activities (cultural, artistic, religious, technical and professional activities that may have been required by persons or entities established in Argentina).

I) Korean citizens

HOLDERS OF VALID SOUTH KOREAN PASSPORT DO NOT REQUIRE TRANSITORY VISA FOR TOURISM PURPOSES UP TO 90 DAYS.

II) OTHER FOREIGN citizens.
We strongly suggest that you apply for visas by e mail at: ecorecon@mrecic.gov.ar, with no less than 35 days from the scheduled date of departure to Argentina. Since the requirements may vary depending on your passport, please contact the Consular Section or send an email in advance to confirm if you require a visa and to request an application form, if needed.
