The “2nd Latin American Film Festival” starts at the KU Cinema Trap of Seoul from October 31st through November 4th, 2016 under the joint organization of the Embassies of Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Honduras, Mexico, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela, with the collaboration of the Latin American Studies Institute of Korea University.
The Festival offers an excellent opportunity to discover the latinamerican diversity and to appreciate different aspects of the creativeness of its societies through the magnificent film platform.
Argentina brings the documentary "Francisco: Father Jorge", a biographic film in which we will know the path of Father Jorge Mario Bergoglio on his way to becoming Pope Francis, the first latinamerican to rule the worldwide Catholic Church.
The opening will take place on Monday October 31st at 2:00 p.m. in the KU Cinema Trap, located on the 5th floor of the Media Center of KU, Anam Campus, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul.
