The Chief of Staff of the Argentine Air Force, Brigadier General Enrique AMREIN, accompanied by a small delegation of pilots and engineers, visited the Republic of Korea between September 5th and 9th, 2016.

During his stay in Korea and accompanied by Ambassador Jorge Roballo, Gral. Amrein paid a courtesy call to his counterpart, the Chief of Staff of the Korean Air Force, General Jeong, Kyeong-doo, in the premises of ROKAF located in Gyeryong, in Choongnam province.

The argentine delegation also visited “Korean Aerospace Industries Ltd.” located in the city of Sacheon, in the south of the peninsula, where pilots and engineers conducted an assessment of the capabilities of the combat and training aircraft FA-50, which could be of interest of the argentine Air Force in the process of modernization that is currently taken place.
